Description:
Curtain Walls used to cover the exterior of the building and its role is to let in a large amount of light, by creating large and high openings at floor-to-ceiling height and as wide as possible, thus also providing a wide view, all this with thermal and acoustic insulation at a very high level by glass specifications with special coatings.
Since the curtain wall is not the component that bears the weight of the building, it can be made from lightweight materials, such as aluminum, thus reducing construction costs.
Each curtain wall is carefully designed according to wind loads and seismic forces according to the area. Let's build the building and thus determine the specifications of the profiles and the thickness of the glass. The anchor strength of the curtain wall to the ceilings of the building is designed so that the wind loads and earthquakes are transferred from it to the ceilings and columns of the building.
Features & Applications:
The Curtain Walls systems are flexible to design, therefore they fulfill the dreams of architects and designers.
The curtain walls has different configurations that allows to shape different finishes to the system and design the coverings of the curtain walls in different shapes and designs.
The Curtain Walls can be designed with different visual effects, for example:
REGULAR GLAZING
A visual effect of a grid at right angles, created by horizontal and vertical aluminum strips |
 |
SRTACTURAL GLAZING
Smooth and clean glass with fine and clean separation lines between the glass panels, created by gluing the glass without aluminum caps at all |
 |
FRAMED SRTACTURAL GLAZING
Smooth and clean glass with fine and clean separation lines between the glass panels, created by glazing the glass by gluing it into hidden aluminum frames |
 |
DRY GLAZING
Glass squares with delicate frames, created as a result of glazing the glass with the help of seals only into a thin and clean aluminum bars |
 |
HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL TWO SIDED
Horizontal/Vertical aluminum strips and glass strips between them, which give emphasis to the horizontal/vertical lines in the structure, created as a result of glazing the glass with the help of seals in the horizontal/vertical dimension and gluing in the vertical or horizontal dimension |

Curtain Walls can be combined with other series and systems:
Hinged windows, hinged opening doors, sliding door /windows series, thermal windows, electric sliding doors and also electric hinged doors,
Systems for ventilation and smoke release - which were designed in full compliance with the curtain wall system.
It can also be combined with Aluminum Composite Panels/Sheets Cladding for contemporary and advanced design.
Glazing:
Curtain walls system can adjust any required glazing thickness or use non-glass fillers such as Aluminum Composite Panels/Sheets, Polycarbonate, etc; or a combination of glass with Aluminum Composite Panels.
Glazing thickness from 6mm to 47mm.
Color Options:
The aluminum profiles of the curtain walls can be painted in the entire range of colors from the RAL colors, grained IRON colors and anodized aluminum coating.
Standards & Certifications:
The curtain walls systems have different standards & Certifications, some of them passed approved by the British CWCT quality tests,
European standards and the Israeli Standards Institute laboratory in full compliance with the updated Israeli standard for curtain walls number - TI 1568.
