The Momentum Complex project is among the most prominent commercial projects being built throughout the capital.
The entire complex, which includes approximately 50,000 square meters of commerce and employment, is located in the heart of the Talpiot commercial and employment center, with high accessibility to the light rail and main traffic routes.
The office tower is offered in an entrepreneurial format and includes 26,000 square meters over 19 floors, the project includes two commercial complexes over 5 floors on the sides of the office building and contains a total of approximately 12,000 square meters.
The tower and the commercial complexes are covered with curtain walls in an area of ​​approximately 17,000 square meters and in addition, sheet metal cladding in an area of ​​approximately 6,000 square meters.
