Hamami project located in Rishon-Lezion is a Nursing Home and Hospital complex for the elderly.
The project has a commercial floor with an area of 2,500 square meters, an event hall, a synagogue, a gym, a heated pool, game and dance halls, coffee corners and more.
Net lot size 9,300 square meters, 240 apartments.
The building is covered with 2,800 square meters of curtain walls and 800 square meters of metal sheeting.
