Project Description:
The tower will be built on an area of 2.6 dunams at the entrance to Jerusalem in a central and strategic location adjacent  to the String Bridge, Navon Train Station, Hauma Towers and more.

This is a 40-story, very prestigious tower, which includes approximately 60,000 square meters for commercial and employment space.
The lower eight floors will include a public cultural center, an art gallery, a museum, and a congress center.

The tower designed by international architect Ian Bader from New York, who specializes in high-rise towers design.

The building is designed with approximately 12,000 square meters of curtain walls, plus additional smart aluminum systems and insulating glass with interior shades.
