Project Description:
In the heart of the new Sea Park neighborhood, on the beautiful and upgraded beach strips of the city of Bat-Yam - Eden Tower was built.
An impressive residential tower rising to a height of 45 floors, 177 housing units.
The first 5 floors of the building are allocated to commerce on the first floor and 4 floors to a luxury boutique hotel.
